Maria Belagianni graduated form the department of Early Childhood Education and Care of Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (1992). She has participated in many seminars (of the public and private sector) for Preschool Education and Business Administration of Kindergartens. She began her carrier on 1996 in a public nursery school as a director and administrator. She works as a preschool education teacher and administrator for a local public authority of Thessaloniki (Municipality of Oraiokastro). She has been managing, for this authority, the action of the ESPA program for the free participation (no fees) of children in nursery schools, since 2011.
