Dr. Nikolaos Tsigilis is Lecturer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he teaches at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level. He has published more than 100 articles in international and national scientific journals regarding quantitative and qualitative research methods in early childhood education and in education in general. He is highly recognized and cited in prestigious international peer reviewed journals and his h-index is 18. Dr Tsigilis has served as a referee in various journals including British Medical Journal, Hellenic Journal of Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Learning and Instruction, and Perceptual and Motor Skills. He is a member of several scientific associations and he has taught in several workshops organized by the Northern Greek Psychological Society and the South East European Research Center. His research interests are: Quantitative research methods, applied statistical techniques, psychometrics instrument development and validation, occupational burnout, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy.
